Bulox Power

The history of Bulox Power is rooted in its evolution from the joint venture with KONČAR Group, Croatia, which began as KONČAR Far East Pte Ltd in 1994. This joint venture was initiated to establish a Southeast Asian presence for KONČAR’s electrical power products. The company’s early years saw it navigating challenges, such as competitive tenders and benchmarking against established players in the industries. However, its collaboration with KONČAR helped lay a solid foundation for its capabilities in electrical power solutions.

By 2004, the company underwent a major rebranding exercise and became Bulox Power Pte Ltd, reflecting its independence and growth beyond the KONČAR partnership. Over the years, it gained significant traction with notable projects, such as supplying high-voltage switchgears and transformers for major projects, including Singapore’s PUB Changi Newater Plant in collaboration with Siemens and the Bukit Panjang Light Rail Transit Project.

Bulox Power established its presence in critical markets by delivering on complex projects, such as temporary power substations for Singapore’s Thomson-East Coast Line and customized solutions for global players like GE Energy. It has expanded its portfolio to include containerized substations and electrical systems for offshore platforms, emphasizing its ability to innovate and adapt to diverse industrial needs.

Through decades of expertise, Bulox Power continues to deliver tailored solutions for power generation, transmission, and distribution, positioning itself as a formidable name in the global electrical power industry.
