Bulox Power supported a semiconductor manufacturing expansion in Singapore, delivering a customised transformer solution to meet the facility’s additional electrical distribution requirements.
The project involved Dry Cast-Resin Transformers across different capacities and voltage configurations, customised to meet specific electrical distribution, site interface and installation requirements.
Meeting a Demanding Project Schedule
A key challenge was the short lead time available for manufacturing and delivery. Early technical coordination was critical to ensure the equipment requirements and site interfaces were finalised ahead of manufacturing.
Bulox Power worked closely with the customer, consultant, contractor and transformer manufacturer throughout the process. Manufacturing progress was closely monitored to keep delivery on schedule, while equipment dimensions, cable interfaces, termination arrangements and protection requirements were coordinated in advance to minimise potential delays during installation.
From Supply to Commissioning
Bulox Power’s scope covered the supply, delivery, installation, site testing and commissioning of the transformer solution.
